How do I request materials for an induction ceremony?
In the left hand column of the PBD website you will find a category under Chapters named “Documents & Forms”, the link will show you a list of documents where you can find the Supplies Order Form. This form contains a list of items for the induction ceremony. Make sure you fill that out and send it to PBD Headquarters at least three weeks before your ceremony to allow enough time for the materials to arrive. Also keep in mind to include your payment along with your order.

What happens if I have not received all of the materials for the ceremony?
The medallions and certificates are shipped to you separately, but if you have not received them and your induction ceremony is within days, contact the Executive Office.
The only way we can guaranty that your materials arrive on time for your ceremony is if you fill out the Supplies Order Form and pay three weeks before your induction ceremony.

What happens if I have last minute members before my induction ceremony?
It’s great that the people decided to come on board! They figured out that Phi Beta Delta is indeed worth it. However, rather than request one last-minute membership package at a time, please wait until after the ceremony. That way, you can be certain to have a full accounting of all of your last-minute inductees. When you are certain that you have collected all of the fees, please fill out a revised Supplies Order Form stating how many more membership packages you are ordering. You should inform the last-minute members that they will not receive their membership packages in time for the ceremony. They will understand, given that you provided them with a deadline that they did not meet. (Usually, it is possible to borrow medallions from members not attending the ceremony and provide photocopies of the certificate for presentation such during the ceremony.) Once the membership packages arrive in the mail, you can award them appropriately.

What are extra certificates for?
Prepare yourself to give the best treatment to your new inductees during your induction ceremony. We recommend that you add a few extra certificates for mistakes, because there is always the possibility of a name misspelled or a printing error. Send the Supplies Order Form with the number of extra-certificates you need along with the payment. Remember that you can pay online now!

How can I engrave PBD medallions?
The Phi Beta Delta medallion now has a space on the back where the name of the indcutee can be engraved. This can be done through the Headquarters office when you order the medallions:
- Through Headquarters Office: Fill out the Medallion Engraving Form (one form per inductee) and send it to us along with the payment. Remember to send it 3 weeks in advance to allow enough time for the order of engraved medallions to be processed.

When do I pay for continuing members?
Membership dues are paid once each year and should be forwarded to the Executive Office, once you have gone through the process of a call for renewal of membership and collected the dues from all continuing members. Many chapters find it convenient to collect dues during the induction ceremony.
