2. Scholarship(s) you have awarded
3. Honorary membership(s) you have awarded and why.
4. Photos with captions, especially of events or inductions.
5. Include your name, title, institution, chapter designation, and email address

Medallions will be published in the months of April, July, September, and January.

Your deadline for information will be:
April 15 for April issue
July 15 for July issue
October 15 for October issue
December 15 for January Issue
