For those institutions seeking to become members of Phi Beta Delta, the first step is to review the information found in the Organizing a Chapter Link. Upon gathering as many relevant documents as possible, the institution should fill out the “Chapter Chartering Petition Form” as found in the above link and submit the Petitioning Fee of $100.00.
If the institution’s petition is successful, the new chapter will then submit the chartering fee of $250.00. This second fee should not be submitted until the institution has been accepted as a member of Phi Beta Delta.
