Executive Director: Yvonne Captain, Ph.D.
Dr. Captain teaches at George Washington University. She focuses on Latin American Film and International Affairs, specifically West Africa as well as Global South relations between Africa and Latin America. She has published, interviewed, and lectured widely on Latin America and is preparing a manuscript on the recent African Diaspora in Europe.

Executive Assistant: Ahmed Mohamed
Mr. Mohamed holds a B. A. degree from George Washington University and an M.S., M.B.A. and M.P.A degrees from Southeastern University. He puts his considerable management and computer skills to work by tackling the daily challenges of the Society's headquarters.
